Adult Day Care

Manage participants, take daily attendance, run the appointment roster, and generate monthly claims.

Overview

The Adult Day Care suite appears when your organization's active type is Adult Day Care. It reshapes the Patients group around center operations: Participants Manager, Attendance, ADC Appointments, Claims, and Insurance Rates.

Claims and insurance rates

Claims assembles monthly billing per participant from attendance, with click-to-copy cells for payer portals. Insurance Rates holds each insurance's day care and transport pricing — billing always reads from the insurance record, never a hardcoded default.

Days that fall under an insurance's minimum-hours threshold are flagged before billing. Resolve the flags (or document the exception) before submitting the month.

Transportation

Rides to and from the center use the shared Transportation scheduler — routes, printed manifests, and statuses work the same way for ADC participants.
