Getting Started

Newbula is a healthcare operations platform organized into modules — Patient Manager, Enrollment, AI Voice & Outreach, Risk Adjustment & Quality, and more. Every module reads and writes the same shared patient record, so work done in one place is visible everywhere else.

Which modules you see depends on two things: your organization type (medical center, health plan, or adult day care) and your role within the organization. If a module described in these docs isn't in your sidebar, your administrator can enable it or grant you access.

   Sign in

   Use the credentials from your invitation email at the sign-in page. Your organization is already set up for you.

   Check your active organization

   If you belong to multiple organizations or organization types, the switcher in the header controls which one you are working in.

   Tour the sidebar

   Modules are grouped by function: Communications, Voice, Patients, Risk Management, Compliance, and Reports. The Dashboard is your home base.

   Open a patient

   Head to Patient Manager and open any record — the tabs you see there (notes, visits, documents, timeline) are the backbone the rest of the platform builds on.

• The patient record — one profile per patient, shared by every module. Calls, faxes, rides, and enrollment changes all land on the patient's timeline.
• Organizations and roles — access is scoped by organization and controlled by role privileges. See Organizations & Roles.
• Lists and campaigns — outreach modules work from lists of patients you build with filters or imports.
• Templates — records requests, referrals, and communications are template-driven so the routine paperwork stays consistent.

Read the guide for the module your team lives in — start with Patient Manager if you're not sure, since every other module builds on it.
