Enrollment & Disenrollment

Process enrollments and disenrollments, manage marketers and brokers, and run monthly lifecycle reports.

Overview

The Enrollment Manager and Disenrollment Manager track every member movement in and out of your organization. Each event carries its type, effective date, attribution, and — for disenrollments — a reason from your configured list, giving you a complete, auditable lifecycle history.

Recording an enrollment

  1. 1

    Start a new enrollment

From Enrollment Manager, choose New and pick the enrollment type: new member, PCP change, or transfer.

  2. 2

    Attach the member

Link an existing patient or create the record as part of the enrollment — demographics carry over either way.

  3. 3

    Attribute it

Assign the marketer or broker responsible. Attribution feeds the monthly reports.

  4. 4

    Save with the effective date

The enrollment appears in worklists and reporting, and the patient record reflects the change.

Disenrollments

Disenrollments follow the same pattern with one addition: a reason. Reasons are configurable under Disenrollment Manager → Reasons, so your reporting shows trends (moved away, plan change, dissatisfied) instead of free text.

Keep the reason list short and mutually exclusive — five to ten well-chosen reasons produce far more actionable retention reports than thirty specific ones.

Marketers, brokers, and reports

FeatureWhat it does
MarketersYour outreach staff, managed under Enrollment Manager → Marketers.
BrokersExternal brokers with their own attribution, under Enrollment Manager → Brokers.
ReportsMonthly enrollment and disenrollment volumes by type, marketer, broker, and reason — exportable for leadership.

How it connects

Enrolled members flow straight into Patient Manager and become eligible for outreach campaigns and risk & quality analytics. Prospects who haven't enrolled yet live in the Prospects pipeline.
