Appointments

The Appointments module tracks upcoming visits across your organization. Appointments can be created directly or generated by other modules, and each one carries its status, provider, and any transportation needs.

The reminder caller

The Reminder Caller is an AI calling cockpit attached to appointments. It calls patients ahead of their visits, records the outcome (confirmed, reschedule requested, no answer), and shows KPIs, hourly call volume, and outcome breakdowns — with a transcript behind every call.

The voice technology behind it is covered in AI Voice & Outreach; the reminder caller is simply that engine pointed at tomorrow's schedule.

Reminder calls respect each patient's consent flag for automated calling, set on the patient record.

Organization settings

Settings holds your account and organization configuration: organization details, fax and email sending configuration used by Communications and Records & Referrals, and module-specific settings such as report preferences. Settings pages are available to administrators and organization managers.
