Overview

The Voice suite lets your organization make phone outreach at scale with AI voice agents. An agent defines the conversation; a calling list defines who to call; a campaign is what happens when you put them together. Every call produces a recording, a transcript, and an outcome that lands on the patient's timeline.

Launching a campaign

    Create or pick an agent

    Under Voice Agents, configure the script, language, voice, and what outcomes to track. Transfer rules can route live calls to your staff.

    Build the calling list

    Under Calling Lists, add patients from the roster with filters, or import a list. Phone Lists hold non-patient contacts.

    Start calling

    Assign the agent to the list and launch. The platform paces calls and manages concurrency automatically.

    Watch results arrive

    Call statuses update live; open any call for its recording and transcript.

Automated calls are only placed to patients whose record has calling consent enabled. Consent is managed on the patient record in Patient Manager.

Call logs and reports

Call Logs is the organization-wide history of every call. Voice Reports aggregates analytics across agents and campaigns: connection rates, outcome distributions, durations, and usage. Both link back to the individual transcripts.
